2. Services Offered
Hola with Alo offers the following educational services:
One-on-one Spanish classes
Weekly class packages
Monthly class packages
Trial classes
All classes are provided 100% online, using platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype, depending on availability and the service provider’s choice.
3. Users and Age Requirements
Services are primarily intended for adults.
If the user is a minor, the following conditions must be met:
Explicit authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or legal guardian must attend the first class.
Hola with Alo reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if these requirements are not fulfilled.
4. Pricing and Payments
Services may be purchased per class or through weekly or monthly packages.
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
Prices do not include taxes, which, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
Access to classes is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds Policy
5.1 Class Rescheduling
Students may request a schedule change with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Rescheduled classes may not be postponed for more than one week from the original date.
5.2 No-Show Policy
If a student fails to attend a class without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
In exceptional cases, Hola with Alo may, at its sole discretion, allow rescheduling.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are granted only in specific cases, evaluated individually.
Refunds are not guaranteed for changes of mind, lack of availability, or unjustified absences.
6. Results and Expectations
Hola with Alo guarantees a learning environment based on trust, respect, and professional guidance.
However, learning progress and outcomes vary from student to student and depend on factors beyond the instructor’s control, such as dedication, practice, consistency, and personal circumstances. Therefore, no specific results are guaranteed.
7. Technical Issues
If a technical issue is caused by Hola with Alo, the class will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If the technical issue is on the student’s side (e.g., poor internet connection), rescheduling will be at the discretion of Hola with Alo.
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection with a recommended minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided during classes, including but not limited to:
Teaching materials
Exercises
PDFs
Presentations
Methodology
is the exclusive property of Hola with Alo.
It is strictly prohibited to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials
Record audio or video of the classes
Use the instructor’s image or voice without authorization
Engage in any form of plagiarism of the content or the instructor
Violation of these rules may result in immediate service termination and potential legal action.
9. User Conduct
Users agree to maintain:
Respectful behavior
Appropriate language
Zero tolerance for harassment or abusive conduct
Hola with Alo reserves the right to suspend or terminate classes or accounts without refund if these rules are violated.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hola with Alo shall not be held liable for:
Improper use of the Website
Indirect or consequential damages
Learning outcomes not achieved due to factors beyond the service provider’s control
Use of the Website and services is at the user’s own risk.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico, and users expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
12. Modifications
Hola with Alo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Website.
