This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Hola with Alo, accessible through www.holawithalo.com. By purchasing any class or package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Hola with Alo provides personalized online language services. Due to the nature of these services and the reservation of time slots, refunds are limited and granted only in specific cases, as outlined below.

Purchases made through the Website are considered final unless they meet the conditions described in this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued only under exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis, such as:

  • Technical issues caused by Hola with Alo that prevent the class from being delivered and cannot be reasonably rescheduled.

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors.

  • Situations where the service cannot be provided due to reasons solely attributable to Hola with Alo.

Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Hola with Alo.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Student failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice.

  • Requests made after a class or package has already started.

  • Changes of mind after purchase.

  • Lack of time, motivation, or personal circumstances of the student.

  • Technical issues on the student’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connection or inadequate equipment.

4. Rescheduling in Place of Refunds

In many situations, rescheduling will be offered instead of a refund, under the following conditions:

  • The student requests the change at least 12 hours in advance.

  • The rescheduled class takes place within one week of the original date.

If the student does not attend the rescheduled class, it will be considered used and non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

If a student does not attend a scheduled class and fails to notify Hola with Alo in advance:

  • The class will be considered completed.

  • No refund or reschedule is guaranteed.

In exceptional cases, Hola with Alo may allow a reschedule as a courtesy, but this does not establish an obligation for future cases.

6. Payment Method and Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are outside the direct control of Hola with Alo.

7. Taxes and Fees

All prices exclude taxes. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable, unless required by law.

8. Policy Updates

Hola with Alo reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
